National Charity Lottery maintains complete authorization and oversight through British Columbia Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch under the following permit designation:

Participation Conditions

Qualification Criteria

  • Must attain 18 years of maturity or greater
  • Must maintain residency in British Columbia
  • Entries must be acquired within British Columbia
  • Single entry acquisition per individual per event (except where otherwise indicated)

Reward Retrieval Prerequisites

  • Legitimate identification documentation must be supplied
  • Rewards must be collected within 90 days of event conclusion
  • Taxation responsibilities remain with the recipient
  • Rewards are non-assignable and cannot be converted to monetary equivalents unless explicitly stated
